The problem
Financial services are changing fast. Customers want to arrange housing, insurance and pensions with one advisor, and the whole chain needs faster, automated processes, while many organisations still work with fragmented systems.
That's why ANVA is building ANVA 6 not as an upgrade of the old, but as a new platform. For users it means a new way of working: the design has to feel familiar to people who have used ANVA for years, while offering the room a modern platform promises.
02
What I found
A new platform stands or falls with how familiar it feels to the people who work in it every day.
ANVA 6 is built in co-creation with customers. That makes it possible to test designs early with the people who will use them daily, rather than only after launch.
03
What I focus on
Consistency across the platform
Screens and flows that work the same way everywhere, built from shared components and patterns.
Designing for the whole chain
Taking into account the different roles that work together on the same platform, from insurer to advisor.
Clear language and accessibility
Clear, consistent interface copy and designs that work for everyone.
